securizen.in is run by Securizen Systems Pvt Ltd ("Securizen", "we", "us"). These terms apply to anyone who visits or uses the website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Information on the website

The website describes our services in general terms. Nothing on it is a quotation, offer or guarantee. Prices, specifications, equipment makes and timelines are confirmed only in a written proposal or contract signed by both sides. We try to keep the content accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice.

3. Projects, AMC and monitoring

Any installation, annual maintenance (AMC), support or monitoring work we do for you is governed by the proposal, contract or work order agreed with you, not by these terms. If the two differ, your contract applies.

4. Forms and files you send us

Share only information that is accurate and that you are entitled to share, including details of colleagues or site contacts.
Please do not upload confidential documents you are not allowed to share, or sensitive information such as identity numbers, bank details or passwords.
Files you upload (for example tenders, BOQs or drawings) are used only to understand and respond to your requirement, as described in our privacy policy.
We may ignore or delete submissions that look like spam, are abusive or are not genuine enquiries.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or other people's data;
upload viruses or harmful code, or do anything that overloads or disrupts the website;
copy the website's content in bulk using automated tools, except search engines indexing it in the normal way;
submit false enquiries or pretend to be someone else;
use the website for anything unlawful.

6. Intellectual property

The website's text, design, photographs and the Securizen name and logo belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own reference, for example to evaluate our services, but you may not reproduce or publish them without our written consent.

Client logos belong to their owners and are shown with permission. Equipment and software brand names belong to their makers; mentioning them does not mean they endorse us.

7. Links to other websites

The website links to other sites, including VisionX and WhatsApp. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the website available and working, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful code. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using, or being unable to use, the website or relying on its general information. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or our obligations under a contract we have signed with you.
