1. Who we are
This policy explains how Securizen Systems Pvt Ltd ("Securizen", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through securizen.in and the enquiry channels linked from it. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), we are the Data Fiduciary for this data.

2. What we collect
We collect only what you give us, plus basic usage data from your visit.
| What | Examples | When |
|---|---|---|
| Contact details | Name, mobile number, email, designation | You fill in a form, call, WhatsApp or email us |
| Organisation and site details | Company or society name, city, locality, number of sites or wings, systems needed | Site survey, monitoring demo or vendor pack forms |

| Messages | What you write in forms, WhatsApp or email | You contact us |
| Usage data | Pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address, how you interacted with pages | Automatically, through cookies and analytics (section 5) |
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as identity numbers, bank details or health information through the website.
3. Why we use it
We use your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, or because you voluntarily shared it with us for a specific purpose, as the DPDP Act allows.
- To respond to you: call or message you back, plan a site survey, prepare a proposal or demo, and send the vendor pack you requested.
- To serve you as a client: if you become a client, to deliver and support the work agreed with you.
- To follow up on your enquiry: reasonable follow-up calls, emails or WhatsApp messages about the same requirement.
- To keep you informed: occasional updates about our services and the security industry, only if you tick the optional box. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
- To run and improve the website: understand which pages help visitors, fix problems and prevent spam and misuse.
- To meet legal duties: keep records the law requires and protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to the ones above without asking you first.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you, under contracts that require them to protect it.
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Hosts the website and our business systems |
| Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) | Carries WhatsApp messages between you and us |
| Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) | Website usage analytics, only if you accept (section 5) |
| Google (Maps) | Shows our office location on the Company page; Google may set its own cookies when the map loads |
| Google (Workspace) | Sends and receives our emails |
| Sanity | Manages website content; holds no enquiry data |
We may also share data with our professional advisers, with authorities when the law requires it, or with a buyer or successor if our business is reorganised — in each case only what is needed. Some providers may process data outside India; we transfer data only to countries the Government of India has not restricted under the DPDP Act.
5. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep the website working and are always on. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
- Google Analytics shows us which pages are visited and which enquiry buttons are used.
- Microsoft Clarity shows anonymised heatmaps and session replays of how pages are used, so we can fix confusing layouts. Form fields are masked so what you type is not recorded.
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
6. How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep personal data only as long as the purpose needs it, and for at least one year where the DPDP Rules require it.
- Enquiries that do not become business: three years from our last contact, then deleted.
- Clients: for the length of our relationship and afterwards as long as tax, accounting or contract law requires.
- Records needed for a legal claim or dispute: until it is resolved.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months, after which Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity delete it automatically.
We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to staff who need it, logged access to our business systems, and regular backups. No system is completely secure; if a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
7. Your rights
You can exercise any of these rights by writing to info@securizen.in; we may ask you to confirm your identity first.
- Access: a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Correction and update: fix anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data, unless the law or an ongoing contract requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent: at any time, as easily as you gave it. This does not affect what we did before, and we may not be able to continue a service that depends on it.
- Opt out of updates: reply STOP on WhatsApp or unsubscribe by email.
- Nominate someone: name a person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to.
We will respond within 90 days, and usually much sooner.
8. Grievances, children, changes and liability

Third-party links. Links to other websites, including VisionX, are governed by those sites' own policies.
